Foxtail Millet Flakes (500gm)

Foxtail millet, scientific name Setaria italica, is an annual grass grown for human food. It is the second-most widely planted species of millet. Healthy carbs, high in fibre and low in glucose, makes foxtail millet an ideal choice for weight-watchers. Foxtail millet flakes are a good alternative to rice flakes that we normally consume.
