Privacy Policy

Your trust, protected.

Effective September 28, 2026 · origin.club and its pointer domains are operated by ORIGIN Softball LLC.

The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it only to talk with you, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect and why

When you fill out one of our forms, we collect only what you choose to type in: a parent or guardian name and email, and optionally a phone number, your player's grad year and positions, a coach's background and the seat she wants, an organization and title, how you heard of ORIGIN, and a message. We use it for one thing: to reply to you and keep you posted about ORIGIN. Three services help us run this site, the host, the form processor and the bot check. They see your information only to do those jobs, never for advertising and never for sale. If you arrive from a post, a search or one of our links, your browser keeps a one-word note of where you came from, such as facebook or search, for thirty days, so the form can tell us which door brought you; it stays on your device, names no one, and is sent only when you send a form. We never sell, rent, or trade it, and we don't run advertising trackers.

Children

Our forms are for parents and guardians, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Any detail about a young athlete comes from a parent or guardian.

Opting out and contact

To stop hearing from us, or to have your information removed, email privacy@origin.club and we'll take care of it. If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this policy before those changes take effect, and the date above will always tell you when it last moved. The Terms of Use govern the site itself. origin.club and its pointer domains are operated by ORIGIN Softball LLC.
