Terms of Use

The site and the forms.

Effective September 28, 2026 · origin.club and its pointer domains are operated by ORIGIN Softball LLC.

The short version: the site is for reading, the forms are for adults, a form is a request and never a registration, and everything that binds a family or a coach to ORIGIN is a signed document.

The site

origin.club and the domains that point to it are published by ORIGIN Softball LLC. What is on these pages describes the club as it stands and changes as the club does; nothing on a page is an offer of a roster place, a price, a schedule or a result. The ORIGIN wordmark and the names of the club’s worlds and programs, including ORIGIN Kids, Diamonds, Fire, Gold, National and BLACK, Craft, Iron, Battery, Offense, Defense, Guard, Conditioning, Fuel, Reset, Dugout and Watch, are marks of ORIGIN Softball LLC, whether or not they are listed here or registered, and everything else on this site, the writing, the photographs, the designs and the pages themselves, belongs to ORIGIN Softball LLC. Share it by link; do not copy it into another program’s material.

The doors

The forms on this site are for parents and guardians, and for coaches eighteen or older. Sending one tells the club that a family or a coach is interested and asks the club to answer. It does not register a player, reserve a place, or begin a season. The club reads every submission and may decline any of them. How the club handles what you send is in the Privacy Policy.

What binds

A family’s membership in ORIGIN is governed by the registration agreement it signs and the family handbook it acknowledges. Coaching for ORIGIN is governed by the coach agreement. Where a signed document and this page differ, the signed document governs. The ORIGIN Promise Foundation Inc is a separate Georgia nonprofit corporation with its own site; nothing here speaks for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Questions go to legal@originsoftball.com. Changes take effect when they are posted, and the date above tells you when.
