Every player holds a job, every inning.
Watch is the team pillar’s program for the bench. Every player not on the field holds a job, and the job is the game itself.
The work.
She charts the pitcher, watches the runners, tracks the defense, keeps the book, and hands the useful sentence to the teammate who can act on it. The jobs are taught in the open and rotated, so she learns every one.
The standard.
The bench is development. A daughter with a job is a daughter still in the game, and reading the game is softball IQ.
On the field.
A player who walks into a game she has been reading when her name is called.
Where it leads.
ORIGIN IQ is what she reads on her own. Watch is the dugout reading together.
